Our Mission

What if restlessness during college and the desire to find identity isn’t solved by a degree, the college experience, or more screen time and entertainment, but by meaningful service that flows into community, prayer, and faith?

What would happen if young adults stepped away from these things for just two hours each week and replaced them with something real and fulfilling-serving others alongside other Christian young adults?

What if service is the missing link in helping students grow in virtue, discern their vocation, and build real community during the years when lifelong habits and relationships are formed?

What if campuses and Church communities were filled with young people living their faith through service throughout the week providing renewed energy and deeper interior life back to our churches on Sunday?

What would happen if the Church raised up a generation rooted in prayer, faith, and action?

Service on the Schedule exists to make meaningful service simple, accessible, and consistent for college students and young adults. We provide practical training guides, service ideas, and structured support that help students step into action alongside other Christians who want to live their faith in real and tangible ways. Instead of wondering where to start, students and campus ministries can use our resources to organize service opportunities, from mentoring youth and visiting the elderly to serving the “least of thesein the Corporal and Spiritual Work of Mercy.

Through turnkey programs, often beginning with a gathering centered around food and brainstorming, supported by training webinars, and strengthened through partnerships with campus ministries and church communities, we cultivate a culture where service becomes a natural part of weekly life.

Our goal is to help young adults build habits of service during their most formative years while shaping character, discovering vocation, and fostering authentic Christian community. When students learn to live out their faith through service during the week, they carry that energy, deepened prayer life, and renewed sense of mission back into their churches, creating a wave of compounding impact for years to come
